A World Archive is a backup of a world. It can be used to quickly create new worlds, or replace the contents of existing worlds. These actions can be done using either the Organization’s admin website or Kitely API.
Creating a World Archive
To create a World Archive from a world, go to the world’s page in the admin website and click the Archive World button.
The resulting World Archive will include all of the objects that are rezzed in that world and have the Copy permission. Any No-Copy objects will not be included in the World Archive.
Note that the World Archive is allowed to include no-export objects, because the World Archive can only be used inside Kitely.
Objects in the World Archive retain the Owner and permissions that they had in the source world.
